Terms of Service

Acceptance
By using 2Fastboy (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
2Fastboy provides free stock-research tools for educational and informational purposes. The Site scores U.S. stocks from 1 to 10 using fixed formulas applied to financial statements in SEC filings, and provides scorecard, comparison, screener, daily screen, dividend, leveraged-ETF, sector heat map, global markets and MSTR mNAV tools built on that data and on daily closing prices.
Not financial advice
Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Scores, verdicts, lists, estimates, signals (such as “climbing,” “deteriorating,” “overbought” and “oversold”) and flags are generated automatically by the same formulas for every company and fund. Scores marked “Preliminary” are updated from a company’s earnings release, using only its reported revenue, net income and earnings per share, before the full quarterly report (10-Q or 10-K) is filed; they are estimates that can differ from the full score, which replaces them when the report is filed. Descriptions of what happened in the past after similar signals, and of which holdings moved a fund, describe past data only; they are not predictions or explanations of cause. They are not personalized and do not consider your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Leveraged and inverse ETFs carry additional risks and are designed for single-day results. International investments carry additional risks, including currency, political and economic risks; on the Global Markets page each country is represented by a single U.S.-listed fund, which holds a selection of that country’s companies and is not its whole economy or stock market. Consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
Data sources and accuracy
Financial statements, earnings releases (Form 8-K), dividend announcements and fund holdings (Form N-PORT) come from SEC EDGAR filings and are processed automatically; they may be incomplete, delayed, misread, or wrong, and fund holdings can be several months old. Crude oil prices come from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (via FRED), Treasury yields from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, foreign exchange rates from the Federal Reserve’s H.10 release (via FRED, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis), and economy sizes (GDP), growth, inflation and unemployment figures from the International Monetary Fund’s World Economic Outlook, which are estimates and projections. Exchange rates can be several days behind, and estimates that remove currency moves from fund returns are approximations. Map outlines come from Natural Earth (public domain); they are simplified, and boundaries shown are for illustration only and do not imply any position on the status of any territory. Country information is reported for informational purposes only and makes no judgment about any country, its people or its government. Prices used in scores are end-of-day closing prices from trading on the IEX exchange only, which can differ slightly from consolidated prices and may be missing for thinly traded securities. Historical bitcoin prices on the MSTR NAV page come from the Bitstamp BTC/USD dataset, credited and licensed as noted on that page. Charts and price boxes are embedded from TradingView and show TradingView’s data, which may be delayed. All data is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEC, IEX, TradingView, Strategy, State Street, BlackRock (iShares), MSCI, S&P Dow Jones Indices, the International Monetary Fund, the Federal Reserve, or any company or fund shown.
